Joel Gläfke (Jo-L) has a unique approach to dance shaped by his understanding of a development key within any area of life. Aiming to further improve the necessary mind and body connection in order to reach the level of expertise within dance, Joel focuses his abilities on dynamics, energies, musicality, and abstract movement. As founder of the Crew Sui Generis and member of the InDaHouse Collective, he pursues the idea of individualism being the vital element of an artist and seeks to transmit the value of uniqueness to those he comes in touch with.
