Who am I?
At this event, our guest speakers were Dr Lucie Clements, Dannielle 'Rhimes' Lecointe, and Joel Gläfke (Jo-L). We focused on self-awareness and took it all the way back to start understanding who we were before we stepped into our dance shoes.
Event timeline
The sessions will be run by specialists with dance career backgrounds as well as psychology, performance psychology, dance science, coaching, wellbeing, and more. We'll end the workshop part with a Q&A session. You’ll leave this day with more understanding and connection with yourself.
10:00 - 11:30am (Interactive Workshop) - SELF MIND METHOD with Joel Gläfke (Jo-L)
Participants will be introduced to a part of the Spotlight framework in a collective setting. This approach aims to expand on an individual understanding of self while redefining the capacity we have to adapt to the circumstances of the spaces we find ourselves within. Through engaging tasks, you’ll unravel layers of personal understanding and unlock insights for both individual and collective growth. Join us for a thought-provoking session and discussion.
